14 Pin SOIC Clip? Test Clip

This new test clip is designed for testing .150” (3,81) wide, 14 pin SOIC chips. Model 5413 SOIC Clip? test clip has
a positive locking feature that assures a secure connection to all chip leads and provides hands-free testing.
The compact design permits testing on adjacent chips on densely populated boards.

Square pins .025” (0,63) provide access points for individual pin testing or the use of individual .025” (0,63) square
pin connectors.
Can be used with flying leads for multiple connections.
Molded barriers between each contact allows connections to be made without accidental shorting of adjacent
contacts.
Fits SOIC chips .150” (3,81) wide ONLY .
